A 57-year-old patient with a history of obesity class 2, HTN, and HLP presented with fever, malaise, and myalgia. The patient was on Hydralazine 50 (BID), Furosemide 40 (QD), and Rosuvastatin 5 (QD) with positive past myotoxic DH.
