In the univariate analysis, the following variables were found to be significant predictors of OS: age; Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) score; BMI; diabetes status; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); radiotherapy; targeted therapy; Hb, white blood cell (WBC) count; lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), C-reactive protein (CRP), serum albumin (ALB)/globulin (GLB), β2-microglobulin, the NLR, and the LMR (all p < 0.05). Here, HLA-G is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
