CA125 is a highly sensitive indicator for diagnosing ovarian cancer.11 The concentration of CA153 increases during ovarian cancer.12 HE4 exhibits high expression in ovarian cancer.13 The results of this study showed that the levels of CA125, CA153, and HE4 in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment compared to before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group showed more significant decrease (P<0.05), indicating that the improvement in tumor marker levels was more significant in patients treated with PDS combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Here, WFDC2 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
