TTR and neoplasm: Based on the statistical analysis of 56 patients undergoing total gastrectomy with different approaches, it was found that on the basis of following the tumor-free principle and no-touch principle, there was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node dissection, total incidence of postoperative complications and hospitalization costs among the three different approaches, and there was no significant difference in postoperative hemoglobin, albumin, prealbumin and total protein, and this is exactly what the surgeon expects.
