We also examined the expression of specific epigenetic protein-coding genes and found that, similarly to T-ALL cells, TET2 is significantly down-regulated (P < 0.05) in MEGAL cells,3 compared with both HSPC (log2 fold change (FC) = −7.9) or MK (log2 FC = −8.5). This evidence concerns the gene TET2 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
