Mechanistically, the authors showed that PHLDA1 silencing resulted in the downregulation of the activities of MAPKs, i.e., ERK1/2, c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNK), and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase in MG63.3 osteosarcoma cells, as shown by kinase array assay.
