Subsequently, we conducted an analysis of the survival fractions of NSCLC cells after radiation treatment, revealing that ZNF131 overexpression could potentially accelerate resistance to radiation therapy compared to ZNF131-∆ZF and ZNF131-∆BTB (NC, α/β: 22.986 ± 15.908; ZNF131-FL, α/β: 48.398 ± 211.611; ZNF131-∆BTB, α/β: 9.320 ± 4.290; ZNF131-∆ZF, α/β: 17.345 ± 8.778; Figure 7D, Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene ZBTB35 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
