The efficacy and safety of rituximab for MuSK-Ab-positive patients with MG have not been clinically validated by randomized controlled studies, but some retrospective studies have confirmed that rituximab is more effective for MUSK-Ab-positive patients, with approximately 70–80% patients showing response to it, even surpassing patients with AChR antibodies (19–27). Here, MUSK is linked to myasthenia gravis.
