NuMA-1 antibodies have been implicated in autoimmune diseases such as SLE, and while our patient did not have a prior serum dosage of ANA or NuMA-1 antibodies, the development of lupus-like symptoms following the initiation of golimumab biotherapy indicates a potential association with the high serum levels of NuMA-1 antibodies. Here, NUMA1 is linked to autoimmune disease.
