Exploring the repertoires of anti-αSyn IgG, IgM, and IgA nAbs, we observed that AD and DLB patients exhibited significantly higher levels of anti-αSyn IgG than controls (AD: p = 0.023; DLB: p < 0.001) (Fig. 2A; Table 3). The gene discussed is CD79A; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
