The major findings of this study include:(1) 34.62% (54/156) of all HDP patients showed at least one adverse pregnancy outcome, with the PE‐EC/CH with PE group showing the highest incidence of adverse outcomes (46.15); (2) Compared to the GH group, patients in the PE‐EC/CH with PE group had higher plasma sFlt‐1 /PlGF ratio and PROK1 levels; (3) sFlt‐1/PlGF ratio, plasma PROK1, and combined metrics have good predictive values in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with HDP, especially in the PE‐EC/CH with PE cohort. Here, PGF is linked to cyclic hematopoiesis.
