As shown in Figure 3C, the KEGG pathway analysis revealed the following nine pathways: cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, complement and coagulation cascades, Staphylococcus aureus infection, osteoclast differentiation, B-cell receptor signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, allograft rejection, and IL-17 signaling pathway, which were mainly involved in immune regulation. Here, TNF is linked to staphylococcus aureus infection.
