OPN1LW and benign neoplasm: The study on the tissue distribution of PEGylated ROP showed that the area under the curve of PEGylated ROP in the ischemic heart was about 1.60 times higher than that in the normal heart, indicating that polyethylene glycol could increase the myocardial plasma distribution of ROP and enhance the ability of anti-myocardial ischemia, which is helpful to the choice of cardiac targeted therapy strategy (104).
