Considering the results from the RSF mean model using the log-rank score split rule, the cytokines that had a positive effect on the prediction of HIV infections were BASIC-FGF, IFN-G, IL-13, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, MIP-1A, RANTES, TNF-A, VEGF, IL-12P40, IL_1A, and M-CSF. This evidence concerns the gene CCL5 and HIV infectious disease.
