ZNF503 and cancer: To further validate our conclusions, we further evaluated the role of ZNF503-AS2 in immunotherapy using other datasets of cancers receiving immunotherapy, which showed that patients with high expression of ZNF503-AS2 benefited less from immunotherapy and might have a poorer response to receiving immunotherapy, which is a consistent trend with the results observed in patients with glioma (Fig 6M–6O).
