The World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended that a CD7-targeting universal chimeric antigen receptor (UCAR) designed with third-generation signaling domains (CD28 and 4-1BB costimulatory structural domain) can be considered as a potential strategy for the treatment of r/r T-ALL and non-Hodgkin T-cell lymphoma. This evidence concerns the gene CD7 and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
