The expression of c-Myc and Max mRNA was upregulated in the spleen macrophages of TAA-induced liver fibrosis mice, and the Max difference is not significant (Figure 4C), and the expression of phosphorylated c-Myc protein was increased in the spleen macrophages of TAA model mice (P < 0.05, Figure 4D). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and Hepatic fibrosis.
