Additionally, in KEGG pathways, we identified enrichment of shared loci between HIC and autoimmune diseases in immune response processes such as antigen processing and presentation, allograft rejection, intestinal immune network for IgA production, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, as well as autoimmune diseases including graft-versus-host disease, type 1 diabetes mellitus, autoimmune thyroid disease, viral myocarditis, asthma, systemic lupus erythematosus, and leishmania infection(Supplementary Tables S10-13, Supplementary Figures S121-128). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and graft versus host disease.
