This conclusion was confirmed by our results, in which high levels of mMCP‐1 and histamine were present in the serum of unhydrolyzed IF‐induced anaphylactic mice, accompanied by high levels of total IgE and specific IgE, which in turn led to the observation of significant allergic features, including high allergy scores and enlarged spleens. The gene discussed is IGHE; the disease is allergic disease.
