TNF and Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome: In the treatment of patients in the ARS group, the experimental group could improve the total effective rate and reduce the Lund–Kennedy score, TCM syndrome total score and IL-6, but in terms of reducing TNF-α, the experimental group’s performance did not diverge from that of the control group, and there was no evidence that the experimental group demonstrated improvements in the aforementioned metrics, including the Lund–Mackay score, SNOT-20 score, nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, and olfactory disturbance.
