However, as research on the protein expression pattern of DNM2 in bladder cancer is less, we designed the current study, for the first time, to explore the membranous, cytoplasmic, and nuclear expression patterns of DNM2 in a series of transitional cell carcinoma tissues, as the most frequent histological type of bladder tumor, through immunohistochemistry (IHC) method on tissue microarray (TMA) slides. The gene discussed is DNM2; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
