RUNX2 and osteoporosis: These findings indicate that the expression levels of DANCR and miR-320a are higher in patients with osteoporosis, and the inhibition of miR-320a expression can significantly upregulate the expression of bone-related markers, including Runx2, OPN, and OCN, alongside key target molecules, β-catenin and TCF-1, in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, thereby promoting bone formation.
