TP53 and breast cancer: To interrogate the role of the cyclic genes, we perform pathway analysis of the 79 cyclic genes specifically expressed in the luminal HS cells and found that as observed for the cyclic ECM proteins, these pathways are enriched in breast cancer-related pathways such as epithelial mesenchymal transition, p53, hypoxia and Ras signaling (Fig. 6l, Extended data 2).
