The disulfidptosis score presented positive associations with multiple cancer hallmark pathways, e.g., MYC targets, mTORC1 signaling, and E2F targets, but presented negative associations with immune- or inflammation-related pathways, e.g., inflammatory response, interferon alpha/gamma response, IL2-STAT5 signaling, IL6-JAK-STAT3 signaling, allograft rejection, and complement (Fig. 5A). The gene discussed is STAT3; the disease is cancer.
