MAP3K13 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: Treatment of HNSCC cells harboring amplified MAP3K13 (CAL33, BICR56, and Detroit562) with GNE-3511 resulted in an 80% or greater reduction in colony formation in the CAL33 and BICR56 cell lines and a 46% reduction in colony formation in Detroit562 cell line (Figure 1G, H), phenocopying the effect of LZK depletion (1).
