First, immunohistochemical interrogation of 89 EGFR-mutant, 51 KRAS-altered, and 46 ALK-rearranged lung cancer specimens unveiled that YY1 was ubiquitously expressed in malignant cells at an elevated level relative to the normal epithelium (Fig. 6A; Supplementary Table 1).
