In addition to traditional surgical treatment and chemotherapy, targeted therapies represented by EGFR inhibitors, ALK inhibitors, ROS1 inhibitors and immunotherapies represented by PD‐1/PD‐L1 inhibitors, and CTLA‐4 inhibitors are playing an increasingly critical role in the treatment of lung cancer [3, 4, 5]. This evidence concerns the gene ROS1 and lung cancer.
