We found that HAR1A and HAR1B have a significant positive correlation in both datasets (Fig 1A and 1D), HAR1A and REST have a significant negative correlation in both datasets (Fig 1B and 1E), and HAR1B and REST have a significant negative correlation in lower grade gliomas (Fig 1C), but unexpectedly, do not correlate in the GBM dataset (Fig 1F). This evidence concerns the gene HAR1A and central nervous system cancer.
