The proportion of viable CD45+ immune cells compared to the total population of immune cells was 2.5-fold (p ≤ 0.0001) lower in ALκ(TAL) 1 day following amyloid implantation and at 8 days post implantation of the amyloid ALκ(TAL) amyloidomas contained 3.75-fold (p ≤ 0.0001) fewer viable immune cells compared to ALλ(CLA) (Supplementary Figure 2). The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is amyloidoma.
