ALB and lymphopenia: Consistent with Ebola virus disease (EVD) in mice, the majority of subjects that succumbed to disease or required euthanasia, regardless of the group, presented with lymphopenia (p < 0.0001), neutrophilia (p < 0.0001) (Figure 2A,B), as well as kidney and liver damage as determined by increased globulin (p < 0.01 to 0.0001) and low levels of glucose and albumin (p < 0.05 to 0.0001) in the blood (Figure 2C–E).
