Figure 4B–E illustrated that compared with the ND group, proinflammatory factors including IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, and MCP-1 increased almost 2-fold in the NASH group, and PAMK intervention effectively reduced this increment (p < 0.05, one-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s post hoc test).
