The levels of serum inflammatory markers such as TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and NF-κB were significantly increased (p < 0.001) in the anti-TB drug mixture (INH/RIF/PZA) group, while the IL-10 and adiponectin levels were significantly decreased (p < 0.001) in the anti-TB drug mixture (INH/RIF/PZA) group in comparison to the normal control group (Table 5).
