Atractylone has been shown to regulate the expression of TMPO-AS1 and CCDC183-AS1, inhibit the proliferation, invasion, and migration of HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and improve cell apoptosis, making it a potential target for the treatment of liver cancer with Atractylone. LncRNA TMPO-AS1 can regulate the progression of the cancer cell cycle and adhesion, and further affect the prognosis of patients. CCDC183-AS1 can improve the proliferation, invasion, and migration of HepG2 cells treated with Atractylone and increase cell apoptosis [92,93,94]. Here, TMPO is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
