GRPR and pachyonychia congenita: Given that GRPR-targeted radiotracers are useful in the diagnosis of low-grade PC disease and in aggressive mCRPC (PSMA absent), and that PSMA-targeted radiotracers are highly efficient in the detection of mCRPC lesions, then, consistent with the results of this study, the iPSMA-BN heterodimer is achieving the goal for which it was designed by broadening the spectrum of PC patients for whom radionuclide theranostics may be beneficial.
