In a prospective trial enrolling 68 lung cancer participants with 548 lesions, Wei et al. [57] found that TBR-MBP was higher for N (7.5 ± 6.6 vs. 5.9 ± 8.6; p < 0.001) and bone metastases with 18F-FAPI-04 than FDG but lower for T (25.3 ± 14.0 [SD] vs. 32.1 ± 21.1; p < 0.001). Here, MBP is linked to lung carcinoma.
