MAPK3 and endometrial cancer: SRD5A2, SRD5A1, HSD17B1, AKR1C1, HSD17B2, AKR1C3, AKR1C2, CYP3A4, and CYP19A1 were significantly enriched in steroid hormone biosynthesis, and CCND1, ERBB2, MAPK1, AKT1, BRAF, PIK3R1, EGFR, and MAPK3 were found to enhance the endometrial cancer pathway (Figure 6B).
