In both the overall study population and subgroups excluding patients with in-hospital mortality, factors such as old age (≥65 years), CPR on admission, hypertension, DM, non-use of beta-blockers (BBs), renin–angiotensin system inhibitors (RASIs), and statins, and multivessel disease were significant independent predictors of POCOs and all-cause death (Tables S8 and S9). This evidence concerns the gene REN and Hypertension.
