In particular, several mutations were found in CHRNA4 [16] and CHRNB2 [17], whereas only four variants were reported in CHRNA2 [18,19,20], including one in a family with self-limited familial infantile epilepsy (SeLFIE), previously known as benign familial infantile seizures (BFISs) [21]. The gene discussed is CHRNA4; the disease is self-limited familial infantile epilepsy.
