Bioinformatics analysis provided some novel functional evidence for NEDD4L in ccRCC, indicating that NEDD4L is involved in many metabolic pathways, including the propanoate, fatty acid, butanoate, pyruvate, inositol phosphate metabolism, valine, leucine, isoleucine and lysine degradation, steroid and glycosylphosphatidylinositol/GPI anchor biosynthesis, peroxisome, citrate cycle/TCA, and PPAR signaling pathway. The gene discussed is PPARA; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
