NEDD4L suppresses carcinogenesis by increasing substrate degradation in most tumor types, including gastric cancer [24], liver cancer [25], colorectal cancer [26], pancreatic cancer [27], lung cancer [28], ovarian cancer [29], endometrial cancer [30], and breast cancer [31], while the role of NEDD4L in gallbladder cancer [32] and prostate cancer [33,34,35] remains controversial. Here, NEDD4L is linked to lung carcinoma.
