Similar to previous reports [36,37,40], our study revealed that NEDD4L was downregulated and RAC2 was upregulated in ccRCC tissues, and low expression of NEDD4L and high expression of RAC2 were both associated with poor prognosis, shorter survival, higher tumor–node–metastasis stage, and worse G grade. This evidence concerns the gene RAC2 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
