NEDD4L CKO mice proteomics analysis revealed the majority of the 22 genes upregulated were involved in tumor-associated signaling pathways, with GRB7, LGALS3, LAMA3, RAC2, TNC, CYGB, and S100A11 involved in the regulation of cell migration, cell motility, and cell localization, and LGALS3, MUC1, KRT18, LAMA3, COL12A1, RAC2, TNC, and S100A11 in cell adhesion, and KRT19, KRT18, and KRT7 in intermediate filament cytoskeleton organization. The gene discussed is S100A11; the disease is neoplasm.
