Compared to controls, AAA-1-immunized mice showed higher plasma CK-18 (5.3 vs. 2.1 pg/mL, p = 0.031), IL-6 (13 vs. 6.9 pg/mL, p = 0.035), IL-10 (27.3 vs. 9.8 pg/mL, p = 0.007), TNF-α (32.1 vs. 24.2 pg/mL, p = 0.032), and liver steatosis (93.4% vs. 73.8%, p = 0.007). Here, IL10 is linked to fatty liver disease.
