Results showed a strong downregulation in the relative transcript levels of AGPAT2 (p = 0.018), AGPAT4 (p = 0.024), ELOVL3 (p = 0.005), ELOVL5 (p = 0.009), EPHX2 (p = 0.006), FASN (p = 0.017), and LEP (p = 0.025) in the 40 HG group compared to groups fed with 20 g Schizochytrium spp., while AGPAT3 (p = 0.043), ELOVL6 (p = 0.005), and SCD (p = 0.003) were downregulated in both 40 HF and 40 HG groups (Table S2).
