The effectiveness of predicting gestational hypertension was high for the sFlt-1/PlGF ratio and PlGF, both of which were measured in the third trimester: AUC = 0.882 CI95 (0.702;0.988), p < 0.001, and AUC = 0.857 CI95 (0.733;0.957), p = 0.002, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene PGF and preeclampsia.
