We found differentially abundant ions in pediatric CNS tumors immunopositive for CD34, BCL2, P53, B-catenin, EGFR, IGF1R, PDGFR-a, and VEGF when compared to immunonegative tumors (Nonparametric t-test, p-value ≤ 0.05). Here, IGF1R is linked to central nervous system neoplasm.
