We found that patients from the euthyroid group had higher pre-pregnancy BMI (28.54 kg/m2, 95% CI 27.25–29.84 kg/m2 (p = 0.0004)), BMI (31.14 kg/m2, 95% CI 29.9–32.39 kg/m2 (p = 0.0009)), and CRP values (0.8 mg/dl, 95% CI 0.65–0.94 (p = 0.01)) at inclusion in this study compared with patients from the SCH group. Here, CRP is linked to spindle cell hemangioma.
