The serum levels of the main inflammatory cytokines including interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα), interferon gamma (IFN-γ), monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1), granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin-1 (IL-1), and interleukin-8 (IL-8) have been found elevated in patients with hematological malignancies after CAR-T infusion [9,10]. The gene discussed is CSF2; the disease is hematologic disorder.
