Additionally, the present study did not analyze associations with hereditary CRC syndromes, such as MUTYH-associated polyposis, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC or Lynch syndrome), inflammatory bowel disease, and driver mutations of CRC, including KRAS, N-RAS, and Wild Type.
