Additionally, we analyzed RNAseq data and undertook real-time PCR on additional tissue samples to demonstrate that populations of benign polyclonal T-cells in blood and tissue have a TRBC1/TRBC2 ratio close to 1:1, which is a more favorable ratio than kappa/lambda, making the skewing of this ratio readily detectable both in immortalized T-cell lines and in T-cell lymphomas. This evidence concerns the gene TRBC1 and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
