We compared ANA profile among low-grade B-NHL (including CLL/SLL, MALT-MZL, and FL), high-grade B-NHL (including MCL, BL, and DLBCL) and HL. Our results indicate that the ANA profile in HL was significantly higher than that in low-grade B-NHL, with statistically significant differences observed for ANA (P = 0.0107) and SSB (P = 0.0126) (Fig. 2I and K). The gene discussed is BTG3; the disease is Burkitt lymphoma.
