Patients with tumor highly infiltrated by CD8+/Exh cell (e.g., CD8+/PD1+ ± LAG3+/TIGIT+/TIM3+) had significantly lower response rate (33.3% vs. 54.8%, p = 0.01), PFS (3 months [95% CI: 2–11.5] vs. 9 months [95% CI: 4.6–1], p = 0.025), and OS (15.4 months [95% CI: 10.8–30.5] vs. 35.1 months [95% CI, 23.9-NA], p = 0.011) (Figures 1H–1J). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
