In all significant results, HLA-DRB6 (median p = 2.61 × 10−67, 29 tissues), HLA-DQA1 (median p = 2.68 × 10−17, 26 tissues), HLA-DRB5 (median p = 3.49 × 10−17, 20 tissues), HLA-DQA2 (median p = 2.3 × 10−16, 25 tissues), SKIV2L (median p = 1.8 × 10−13, 28 tissues), and PSORS1C3 (median p = 1.06 × 10−13, 26 tissues) showed the most significant pleiotropic associations with RA in at least 20 tissues. This evidence concerns the gene HLA-DQA2 and rheumatoid arthritis.
